Basic steps involved in completion of any projects quotes: |

Phase 1: To create an understanding of the project. On receipt of customer order, we do the project analysis at the initial stage, to understand the requirements, software specifications, keying specifications, workflow, transmission, storage and dispatch etc.
Phase 2: To confirm our understanding and assumptions that were arrived after the Project analysis. As part of this exercise, a sample/test data is also keyed and transmitted to the Client for approval. After approval of the Test Batch, DQSS commences internal training process.
Phase 3: In the meantime, we will draw a ramp-up plan for executing the project and communicate the same to the client. On receiving the acceptance for the ramp-up plan and Service/Business-level agreement from the client, we commence the Live-Production-Phase.

Cargo/Mail Transmission process: |

Shipment of Hard copy/Handwritten forms: Hard copies of forms for processing can be sent to us via Mail, Freights and Cargos. This normally takes a week to reach us. To hasten the services, clients can also use courier services such as DHL or Blue Dart to dispatch the material within four working days. Further t his also provides the feasibility of online tracking of the dispatched material. |

Shipment of Soft copies of forms: Soft Copy of the forms (Data) can be transmitted to us in digital format via leased line or secured internet connectivity. This transmission can either be through FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or through exclusive server access.DQSS maintain a high level of data security in handling such data transfers. To further enhance this security, based on client requirements, we can also encrypt the images and databases while the data is transmitted. |

Further, during the peak volume periods, we can apportion the costing on the invoice raised for the particular month.
Depending on the project nature, size and requirements, DQSS may decide to waive of the initial ramp-up cost, till the Service/Business-level agreement is executed. DQSS can also offer Blended Cost Methodology in the projects with mixed type of inputs received for processing.
After the project goes live, as a follow up, we might look out, study and explore all possible means for reducing the cost wherever possible by improving the Techniques, Systems and Procedures, which will be proportionately shared with the client.
